Two apps. One job each.

Both are built for one caregiver looking after one person, with no setup beyond opening them.

Behavior & Daily Notes

Dementia Journal

Log what happened by category — confusion, wandering, sundowning, a fall — and add a note if you want one. Each category comes with practical tips, alongside a home safety checklist.

Medication Records

Medication Journal

Record each dose as it happens — given, refused, or missed, with the reason. Your phone reminds you when a dose window opens and again before it closes. Notes can be spoken instead of typed.

Private by construction, not by promise.

There is nothing to configure and nothing to opt out of. These are properties of how the apps are built.

NO SERVER

Nothing leaves your phone

There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. What you write is stored on the device and nowhere else.

NO PAYWALL

Free, with nothing held back

No ads, no subscription, no paid tier. Every part of both apps works from the day you install them.

NO LOCK-IN

Yours to keep or delete

Save a backup whenever you want one. Uninstall the app and everything in it goes with it.

Built in the evenings, by one person.

I'm Jason. I work in a group home in Maine, and I write these after shift. The apps come from the same place the notes do — keeping track of someone, day after day, and wanting the record to be right.

They're free because the people who need them are already paying enough. If one of them helps and you'd like to put something in the jar, there's a tip page. It unlocks nothing. That's on purpose.
