Record each dose as it happens — given, refused, or missed, with the reason. Your phone reminds you when a dose window opens and again before it closes. Notes can be spoken instead of typed.

There is nothing to configure and nothing to opt out of. These are properties of how the apps are built.
There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. What you write is stored on the device and nowhere else.
No ads, no subscription, no paid tier. Every part of both apps works from the day you install them.
Save a backup whenever you want one. Uninstall the app and everything in it goes with it.
Who Makes These
I'm Jason. I work in a group home in Maine, and I write these after shift. The apps come from the same place the notes do — keeping track of someone, day after day, and wanting the record to be right.
They're free because the people who need them are already paying enough. If one of them helps and you'd like to put something in the jar, there's a tip page. It unlocks nothing. That's on purpose.
